In what has to be the greatest piece of irony to come out of Zucotti Park since this Patchouli Stained, stink campaign started just over a month ago, Occupy Wall Street Protesters are denying homeless what they call their “fair share”. Occupy Wall Street, which is a movement about “Sharing the wealth”, and redistribution of resources is saying to the Homeless population of New York, “Get away from our food.”

The same group that is yelling on Wall Street to all the banks, corporations and the top 1% of the wealthy in this country to share their wealth is refusing to share their own with anyone else. More proof that these selfish, GIMME GIMME, lazy stewards of socialism are not practicing what they preach.
Mind you, these occupiers are fed very well with personal chefs cooking donated food that amounts to gourmet feasts in most people’s eyes.
They have enjoyed salmon cakes with dill sauce and quinoa salad – along with a tomato salad with fennel and red onion, and different kinds of soup.

The chef, who is cooking meals from a soup kitchen in Brooklyn for more than 1,000 protesters, is using organic meats, reported the New York Post.
On Tuesday night they enjoyed organic chicken, spaghetti bolognese, roasted beet and sheep’s milk-cheese salad and wild heirloom potatoes.
The Occupy Wall Street volunteer kitchen staff launched a “counter” revolution yesterday — because they’re angry about working 18-hour days to provide food for “professional homeless” people and ex-cons masquerading as protesters.
For three days beginning tomorrow, the cooks will serve only brown rice and other spartan grub instead of the usual menu of organic chicken and vegetables, spaghetti bolognese, and roasted beet and sheep’s-milk-cheese salad.
They will also provide directions to local soup kitchens for the vagrants, criminals and other freeloaders who have been descending on Zuccotti Park in increasing numbers every day.
To show they mean business, the kitchen staff refused to serve any food for two hours yesterday in order to meet with organizers to air their grievances, sources said.
As the kitchen workers met with the “General Assembly’’ last night, about 300 demonstrators stormed from the park to Reade Street and Broadway, where they violently clashed with cops.
The nerve to Protest having to share their own food all while protesting that the rich are not sharing enough with them is in my opion vile and disgusting. More reason to turn on the fire hydrants on these people.
